🔥Chaos Battleground is a system that makes ragdoll deaths stable and performance-manageable.
After an NPC dies, it switches to ragdoll; the system waits for stabilization (or a timeout), captures the final pose via a snapshot, disables physics simulation, and keeps the body in a frozen state.

👑The system includes a corpse manager:

  • Plug and Play
  • Distance culling with hysteresis
  • A limit on the number of simultaneously visible bodies
  • On-screen body prioritization
  • Protection for a near zone around the player
  • A total corpse count limit with FIFO logic
  • When the limit is exceeded, the corpse is smoothly hidden and then removed

👑Material fade:

  • separate fade-in and fade-out timings
  • FadeChaosBattle parameter
  • support for user-provided MIDs or automatic MID creation

👑Key Features

  • Automatic ragdoll freezing based on body sleep or a timeout.
  • Snapshot pose with no visible popping.
  • AnimGraph node CB Corpse Freeze.
  • Component events: OnFrozen, OnCorpseShown, OnCorpseHidden.
  • Scales for scenes with a large number of corpses.
