This extensive construction environment uses the power of Unreal Engine 5. The models are highly optimized to work also for VR & low end systems but are still setup with the latest tech like Nanite & Lumen

Intended Use

This environment has been created primarily with games in mind. it features optimized nanite assets, 4K tillable/unique textures (we did optimize the textures in engine), The environment is build to strike a balance between optimization, scale and still being affordable.

Structure

This environment has been made out of Modular assets where logical (mostly the buildings, scaffolding, etc.) This way you can alter the environment however you want with ease. The environment uses level instances for easy placement and editing also in other levels. Check the documentation for more instructions

Textures

All textures come in PBR 4k resolution and are downscaled in UE to have logical texture resolution and performance. Structural assets feature mostly tillable materials while normal assets feature mostly unique textures so that they can work as a stand-alone in any project.

Lighting

We make full use of Lumen in this scene. All assets have been optimized to work with Lumen and follow the lumen technical validation documentation – our assets do not come with traditional lightmap UV’s but you can always auto-generate those if needed.

Disclaimers

  • All images have been rendered at an average of 60+fps on cinematic quality using an RTX 3090.
  • This environment comes with the highest possible settings but can easily be downgraded for your performance requirements.
  • There is one plugin you have to activate called “Landmass” which comes with Unreal by default.

Number of Materials: 7 Base Materials (mostly variations of the master)

Number of Textures: 298 textures (each model comes with Basecolor, Normal and a special “ORME” map (AO,Roughness,Metallic,Emissive)

Texture Resolutions: 4906×4096 – downscaled in engine to logical resolutions.
