In the UE 4.25 vegetation LODs are configured. Nanite work badly for vegetation in the UE 5.0 so starting with version 5.1 you should enable “Preserve Area” for all vegetation.
The package also contains HDRI. But it is not included in the price, because it can be found freely available on the internet.
