Description

Modular kit to build Japanese traditional town houses (machiya 町家) both exteriors and interiors with props and decorations.

Fully modular, can be assembled using a 10 cm grid
Once assembled can be easily scaled to a realistic size
With blueprints and blutilities for assembling house and furniture, choosing wood, type, size etc
It can be used as it is, but it’s also prepared to be used with Modular Snap Plugin for fast building (unfortunately marketplace doesn’t allow to sell content pack and code plugin together)

Content:

Architecture: pillars, beams, walls, floors, roofs, balconies, doors, windows, lattices, tatami, teahouse specific walls and doors, rain gutters, pipes
Interior props:
Furniture: stairs pre-built and modular, tables, low tables, cushions, fire place, owen, tokonoma, folding screens, cabinetry
Lighting: trad. lamps
Restaurants/shops: counters, shelves, barrels, chairs, tables, dishes, menus, posters, sake bottles, grill, food, signboards
Curtains.
Exterior props:
Roads/bridges, incl. spline BPs for building of roads, torii paths, stone paths in garden
Fences/gates, incl. torii gates
Lighting: lanterns
Decorative and other pieces: fountains, statue base, benches, banners, manhole covers
