We used the power of the new Unreal 5 Engine to bring you an asset pack/environment that can be used both for games and cinematics. Featuring highly detailed, Highly flexible assets that allow you to populate your rooftops with maximum detail. be it form a distance or up close.

Intended Use
This asset pack has been created primarily with games in mind. it features optimized nanite assets, 4K textures (we did optimize the textures in engine), and flexible blueprints/materials. However, due to the quality of the assets, these assets can also be used for cinematic purposes. The assets are intended for higher-end systems & consoles.
Structure
Assets come as individual models, however we have also setup various “clusters” in blueprints which allow you to place multiple assets at once for fast placement. We have also included some simple demo buildings.
Textures
All textures come in PBR 4k resolution and are downscaled in UE to have logical texture resolution and performance.
Disclaimers
- All images & videos have been rendered at an average of 60fps on cinematic quality using an RTX 3090.
- This environment is intended for higher end machines. However you can play with the texture resolution and nanite/LOD settings to make it fit almost every use-case.
- The environment in the first 4 images is not included, it is there to give you inspiration on how to use the assets.
