Medieval Buildings Volume 1

  • English buildings: An inn, half-timber house, full-timber house, a blacksmith’s workshop and 4 types of peasant house.
  • Norse buildings: A longhouse, a single-roomed house, a double-roomed house.
  • Suitable for medieval-era First or Third Person games set in Europe during the 10th to 15th century.
  • All buildings are fully furnished and come as Blueprints that are easily inserted into your map within seconds using drag and drop.
  • Most buildings can be customized using provided Blueprint controls, e.g. a cellar or a side extension can be added or removed, the roof can be changed from tiles to thatch. The Viking Longhouse and Blacksmith’s Workshop do not have any such controls.
  • All buildings can be further customized with vertex paint, e.g. color, damage, dirt or moss can be added or removed to the wattle and daub, roof tiles, thatch or wood. See User Guide for possible combinations.
  • In addition, it comes with about 200 props such as armor, barrels, baskets, beds, blacksmith tools, blankets, books, boxes, brooms etc.
  • All buildings are enterable and some of the props are interactable by the player with the E key. Doors, shutters, chests, drawers and cabinets open and close. Candles and lanterns can be switched on or off. The forge bellows can be squeezed.
  • All static meshes have appropriate collision and LODs where necessary (roof pieces don’t need collision for example).
  • Can easily be added to an existing project.
  • Supported with UE versions 4.21.2 or above.
