Description
Intended for use with Nanite only.
Update 1.1
Separated leaves and stems into different materials to prevent a shading error at certain sun light angles when using Virtual Shadowmaps.
This pack contains a set of nanite ivy meshes intended for dressing buildings and architecture with realistiv ivy growth.
Since they are intended for use on buildings and similar simple geometric shapes, most meshes contain a flat backside that goes against the building fascade or the ground, so placement should be easy
To be crystal clear, there is no procedural placement or tools in this pack, this is intended for old fashioned manual placement.
I have tried to cover most use cases I can think of in this pack, but there is definately things that I have missed, so if you find that some generic shape or piece is missing to fit your needs, feel free to email me a description (the more detailed the better) of what piece you are lacking, and I will do my best to add to the pack asap!
Due to the time it takes, I will not build for complex custom meshes, but if you have a general/generic shape that is missing, I would be happy to add that to the pack.
The pack has been built to make as good use of Nanite as possible(with my current knowledge and understanding of Nanite) so all meshes are fully opaque to make rendering as cheap as possible.
They come with a simple wind shader, but due to the cost of WPO(Vertex shader animation) on Nanite meshes, I recommend turning it off. (This is done through the EnableWind Checkbox in MI_Ivy)
